Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great fanfare at our schools. There was inspiring speeches by the dignitaries where the importance of living up to Gandhian values like truth ,honesty was advised. Students got engaged in several activities like planting of trees, cleaning up the school etc. Up cycled bags from Belaku Trust with the message ‘Say No to Plastic’ was also handed out. Talks were also given by students on the importance of Gandhi Jayanti. Here is a brief look at some of these moments.
